The Waterloo Road star was left sobbing on Saturday night's Halloween show when she spilled out of her dress

The busty 23-year-old managed to finish her routine, a tango to The Searchers' Love Potion No 9, despite struggling to keep her chest covered

The actress, who had a boob job at 19 to take her from a 32C to a 32DD, welled up as the routine ended and had to be comforted by Russian dance partner Pasha Kovalev

Despite the judges and host Sir Bruce Forsyth trying to console her, she was still sobbing as she left the dance floor

Sympathetic judge Alesha Dixon, 33, told her: "You have nothing to cry about, my darling  It did not distract from the dance "

Chelsee, whose routine still earned her a respectable 32 points, said she would take the incident in her stride — and Strictly insiders insisted there was no question of her covering up in the future

A show source told TV Biz: "I think it's just one of the unfortunate things  Everyone's in that sort of dress  But she has not spoken to anyone about changing her costumes

"A discussion about what the costumes will be takes place every week  She was upset, but I think it was the shock of it happening on live TV "

Chelsee, who plays bolshie school secretary Janeece Bryant on BBC1 drama Waterloo Road, took to Twitter after the dance to thank fans for their support

She said: "Mortified I got so upset on Strictly  Just so upset that I let Pasha Kovalev down  He's worked so hard and I messed up " Chelsee added online yesterday: "Wow my feet are so sore! Just woke up feeling very embarrassed about last night's performance  I cried because it was my instant reaction, then cried more because I felt daft crying "

The actress has admitted going under the knife in 2007 because she was self-conscious about her breasts, with friends encouraging her to go for a £3,000 operation in Spain

She said: "I'd hated my boobs for as long as I can remember  I'm naturally outgoing, but in this area I lacked self-esteem

Chelsee has had to endure harsh comments about her Strictly dresses, with some saying they were too raunchy

She said: "I had a few nasty comments, especially on Twitter  Some said I was a maneater and criticised my lips and boobs

"That wasn't nice and I tried to let it go in one ear and out of the other  I've told the costume designers they could put me in anything, and I trust them completely "
